Research Peptide Categories

Every compound in the Purist range, grouped by the biological pathway being studied. Start from your research question and narrow to the compound — each category explains the mechanisms involved and how the compounds within it differ.

Nine research categories, plus reconstitution supplies. Every compound is HPLC-assayed by an independent laboratory to a minimum of 99% purity before release.

How to choose a category

Most compounds appear in more than one category, because most act on more than one pathway. Work from the outcome you are studying, not the molecule.

Start with the endpoint

Decide what you are measuring first — body composition, tissue healing, sleep architecture, skin quality, IGF-1 — then open the category built around that endpoint. Each category page opens with the mechanisms and the study designs behind them.

Expect overlap

Tesamorelin sits in fat loss and in growth hormone research; BPC-157 sits in recovery and in skin. Where a compound appears twice, the category copy explains which pathway that category is concerned with.

Check the dosing scale

Vial sizes differ by compound, so a 4-week protocol may need one vial of one compound and three of another. Every product page states the vial size in milligrams; the stack pages do the arithmetic for a full cycle.

Read the certificate

Every batch is HPLC-assayed by Bioindustrial Services in Boksburg, an independent laboratory. Signed certificates — lab number, method and assayed result — are published on Quality Standards.

Prefer a complete cycle?

A stack is a full 4- or 8-week research protocol supplied as one bundle — every vial the cycle needs, in the right quantities, at 10% below the combined single-vial price. Twelve are available, each built around a single research goal.

Category questions

How many research categories are there?

Nine: fat loss, repair and recovery, skin, hair, anti-ageing and longevity, energy, sleep and mood, libido, and lean muscle. A tenth listing covers accessories — bacteriostatic water and reconstitution supplies.

Why does the same peptide appear in more than one category?

Because most peptides act on more than one pathway. Tesamorelin is studied both for visceral fat and for growth hormone secretion; BPC-157 for connective-tissue repair and for skin. Categories are organised by research endpoint, not by molecule, so overlap is expected.

Is every compound independently tested?

Yes. Every batch is assayed by HPLC at Bioindustrial Services in Boksburg, an independent biotechnology laboratory. Purist Peptides does not self-certify purity. Published certificates on recent batches show assayed results between 98.81% and 100.16%.

Should I buy single vials or a stack?

Single vials suit a single-compound protocol or topping up an existing one. A stack suits a defined 4- or 8-week cycle across two or three compounds — it supplies every vial the protocol needs at 10% below the combined single-vial price, so there is no shortfall part-way through.

All Purist Peptides products are supplied strictly for laboratory research use and are not for human or veterinary consumption. Nothing on this page is medical advice or a claim of therapeutic benefit.
