7. Refunds and Replacements
Sealed, unopened products may be returned within 7 days of delivery. Opened or reconstituted vials cannot be returned unless defective. Damaged, defective or incorrect goods are replaced or refunded under the six-month implied warranty in section 56 of the Consumer Protection Act. To the extent permitted by law, Purist shall not be held liable for any damages, losses, or misuse resulting from the purchase or use of our products. Nothing in these Terms limits any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008.
