Reconstitution and handling in the laboratory
General handling notes for the lyophilised peptides supplied in this set. They describe the preparation of a stock solution for laboratory work. They are not a dosing protocol, and they describe no administration to a person or an animal. A 3ml vial of bacteriostatic water is included free with every peptide vial in the set, so the material can be reconstituted on arrival.

Hold sealed vials at −20 °C, protected from light and moisture; the short periods at 2–6 °C that occur in transit are expected. After reconstitution, hold the stock at 2–6 °C and protect it from light. Do not freeze a working stock — freeze-thaw cycling is the main avoidable cause of degradation and of visible precipitate. Where material must be held beyond a short working period, aliquot the stock into sterile low-binding tubes and freeze the aliquots once. Inspect every vial against a light source and discard any solution that is hazy, discoloured or contains particles. Label every reconstituted vial with its concentration and the date it was prepared.

How does this differ from the Skin Recovery Stack?
KLOW adds KPV, an anti-inflammatory peptide, making it better suited to menopausal or inflammatory skin contexts. Skin Recovery uses GLOW and is positioned for post-procedure recovery and UV damage repair.
Why five vials rather than three?
One KLOW vial supplies 80mg of combined peptide and four Glutathione vials supply 6000mg in total, which is enough material for an extended research protocol without a mid-study reorder.
What is KPV?
An anti-inflammatory peptide included in KLOW but not GLOW — the single component that separates the two skin stacks.
